Shipping

For stickers: please allow 1-2 business days  for processing before your order is shipped.

For made to order items (apparel): please allow up to 2 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

If you have a specific timing request, please email me at bychloeann@gmail.com before placing your order.

All US orders are shipped with USPS (First Class Mail, 3 days). International shipping is available. Please contact me if you'd like to discuss other shipping options.

Unfortunately, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS if you have a question about your tracking once your order has shipped. 

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. However, you can always contact us for any return question at hello@shophellochlo.com. If there is an issue with your item (i.e. if you received the incorrect item or an item arrived damaged), please email me within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Exchanges
All sales are final. Exchanges are not available. 

Refunds
In the case of a refund being issued, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
