For ready to ship items: please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
For made to order items: please allow up to 2 weeks for production before your order is shipped.
If you have a specific timing request, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
All US orders are shipped with USPS (First Class Mail, 3 days). International shipping is available.
Unfortunately, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS if you have a question about your tracking once your order has shipped.
Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. However, you can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com. If there is an issue with your item (i.e. if you received the incorrect item or an item arrived damaged), please email us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All sales are final. Exchanges are not available.
In the case of a refund being issued, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
