Shipping policy

For ready to ship items: please allow 2-3 days for processing before your order is shipped.

For made to order items: please allow up to 3 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

If you have a specific timing request, please email me at bychloeann@gmail.com before placing your order.

All orders are shipped with USPS (First Class Mail, 3 days). Shipping is currently only available within the United States.

Unfortunately, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS if you have a question about your tracking once your order has shipped.
